With a team of 15 inexperienced ecommerce project managers, it became clear that those project managers who were able to articulate their strengths and who were more ‘widely known’ amongst their stakeholders had a far greater chance of success.

Working on some of the biggest strategic development projects in Australia, alongside the brightest minds in the land, from Bain Consulting and Booz Allen Hamilton finally convinced Luke of the new paradigm - ‘it is not what you know, or who you know, but WHO knows YOU’ that will determine the success of ANY venture .
