It don’t get better than this!

JobCAMP ONE09 is over!

But we are only just starting out…

The 2 days spent this week at Luna Park were some of the more satisfying days of my professional life!  JobCAMP convinced me that people ABSOLUTELY need inspiring and some different thinking when it comes to their career and work!

I believe we really did make a difference at JobCAMP…and the feedback confirms this too!

As we prepare for the next JobCAMP, look out for the winner of the “WIN your own Personal Brand Campaign” Colleen Chan…her ad will run in next Saturday’s Sydney Morning Herald.  The Face and our sponsors My Career did a fantastic job in putting this competition and campaign together - a first in Australia!

All the presenters were inspiring, with some real ‘nugget’s coming out over the 2 days - tips for your health, managing your finances, how to look at the future, how to monetise your skills, how to connect with your passions, and communicating your personal brand!

A personal favourite for me was the ‘give to get’ session where we all went outside and did something nice for someone else - and then told the story of how this made us feel..there were a few tears in the room, and it was a great moment!

This experience so far has made us more determined than EVER to keep running JobCAMP events!
