Spot on Timbo, spot on...this is why this impresses me. It is the simple symbolism of this. I also offer the idea that live more in your gut than your head...Chris Martin thought little about this act - he just knew it was a good thing to do, and he did it!

It's an interesting conundrum. Whilst there are many people in this world (including moi) who'd love to do what Chris does at this concert, being a rock start isn't the only ticket to the game. Yes, Chris (and Coldplay) have the power of the public spotlight to make a difference (to inspire), however, we can all 'run through the crowd' in our own special way. Here's how:

1. Pay it forward...When someone does something that makes you smile...do the same for another. Don't telegraph it...just do it. The goodness is always in the giving.

2.Don't wait for someone to put a smile on your face...Just get out there and put a smile on some unsuspecting soul's face. Put a random act of kindness on your To Do List now!

3.Seek eye-contact with as many people as you can in the next 24-hours. Hold it for more than a split second and offer a smile. Some may think you're weird...most wont.

OK...Off you go and 'run through the crowd'.
